The five-building Via Bice retail and office complex on Palm Beach’s Worth Avenue has sold for $19.5 million, or $1,004 per square foot.

The sale of the property with 18,712 square feet of retail and second-floor office space closed Monday. Tenants in the buildings at 313½ Worth Ave. and 320 Peruvian Ave. include Taglialatella Galleries, Acento and BiCE Ristorante.
