The lending climate may be tight for high-end condominium developments in South Florida, but a flurry of blockbuster deals has closed since December.

First, a $225 million construction loan was secured for One Thousand Museum in downtown Miami. Three months later, Paramount Miami Worldcenter, another luxe high-rise in the city’s urban core, landed $285 million in financing.
