Holland & Knight partner Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz helped Coral Gables seal a real estate agreement allowing the city to relocate its public safety operations from an aging building to a newly built facility about a half-mile north.
The Miami lawyer is representing the city in a unique deal with C/LeJeune LLC, a company owned by Codina Partners, a real estate investment and development firm led by Armando Codina.
