Attorney Jeffrey Gilbert is entitled to his own opinion about the Miami-Dade County Courthouse but not his own facts. Moreover, he has a duty to tell the truth when it comes to something so expensive and so unnecessary as a new courthouse.
Even though there are some “quirky” courtrooms with columns, I am told by several attorneys that they “work around the columns.”
