Fort Lauderdale’s Riva condominium tower landed a $65 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital, a New York-based real estate investment firm.

Construction of the luxury 15-story development at 1180 N. Federal Highway is 65 percent complete, according to a news release. The riverfront condo is rising on a 2-acre lot on the Middle River about a mile west of the beach.
