Miami-based Ocean Bank provided a $43 million construction loan for a new shopping center in Miami Gardens.
The financing deal led by executive vice president Ralph Gonzalez-Jacobo and senior vice president Roger Villareal will fund development of the Gardens Promenade, a 250,000-square-foot retail plaza set to open in August 2018.
