An Avison Young team helped market and sell a previously troubled four-building portfolio in Palm Beach Gardens for $18.6 million.
Principals John Crotty and Michael Fay marketed the office park at 11601-11641 Kew Gardens Ave. on behalf of the seller, special servicer LNR Partners, which purchased the site after it faced foreclosure in 2015.
