An attorney may invoke New York law to pursue claims that she was sexually harassed by a superior while working in Allen & Overy’s Moscow office in 2008 and 2009, a New York judge has ruled.
Diedre Holmes Clark contends she was unfairly punished beginning in July 2008 after being subjected to “sexual contact” at a party by Tony Humphrey, the partner supervising her work.
