Cozen O’Connor, a large Philadelphia-based law firm, is opening an office in Miami on Monday, its first ever in Florida.
The new Miami office will be led by managing partner Rick Dunn. Partners Sherrill Colombo and Christopher Brown will round out the office. The three lawyers, all commercial litigators, previously were partners at Shook Hardy & Bacon in Miami. Their new office is in the Wachovia Center in downtown Miami.
