Gerald F. Richman and Bruce S. Rogow are taking over as lead counsel in a multimillion-dollar class action against the Palm Beach County School District for charging students fees from $5 to $40 for various classes.
Richman, a partner of Richman Greer Weil Brumbaugh Mirabito & Christensen with offices in West Palm Beach and Miami, says he asked Rogow, a constitutional law specialist and Nova Southeastern University law professor, to help steer the June lawsuit, which is currently lodged in federal district court.
