Terry Davis has joined Holland & Knight as a partner from Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz and will co-chair the firm's investment management practice.

Terry Davis has joined Holland & Knight as a partner from Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz and will co-chair the firm's investment management practice.

“Terry's experience in representing investment companies and all manner of private investment funds is quite unique, and we're seeing an increased need for this specialized representation,” said Allen Maines, the executive partner for Holland & Knight's Atlanta office, in a statement.

Maines added that the firm is developing a national investment management practice led by Davis and another partner, Brad Van Buren, in the Boston office.
