Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart is opening an office in Seattle—its 48th.
Based in Atlanta, Ogletree is one of the largest labor and employment firms representing management in the nation, ranking No. 84 on the Am Law 100 list, with 2014 revenue of $373 million.
The firm is launching the Seattle office with a shareholder from its Kansas City office, Tony Byergo, and a staff attorney, Sarah Evans, who is licensed in Washington and California.
