The percentage of Georgia law school graduates passing the Georgia bar examination in July dropped for the second consecutive year, with 77.8 percent of first-time takers passing. That is a decline of almost 7 percentage points from the 84.5 percent of first-timers from the state's five accredited law schools who passed the July 2014 exam.

Last year's results for Georgia law school graduates were down from 89 percent for first-timers in July 2013.
