Sherman & Howard has hired its second partner in Atlanta since October, adding corporate attorney Rich Kaye from Taylor English Duma. Kaye represents companies ranging from middle-market to the Fortune 500 in corporate, securities, construction and cross-border transactions.

Last month Sherman & Howard added business and tax lawyer Paul Spizzirri to its Atlanta office from Gordon & Rees. The Denver-based firm expanded into Atlanta at the start of 2013 with employment lawyer John Wymer from Paul Hastings, who is the local managing member. It is the only one of the firm’s 11 offices that is east of the Mississippi. Kay’s addition gives the local office six lawyers.
