In a 4-3 decision, the Georgia Court of Appeals has affirmed a $3.7 million verdict awarded earlier this year to a women who was molested while sedated in a dentist’s office.
The verdict had been entered against the dental clinic. The plaintiff’s molester, a nurse anesthetist, is spending life in prison and was dropped from the suit.
