Troutman Sanders has landed three new partners from Hunton & Williams who represent oil and gas pipeline owners and operators.
The trio—Bob Hogfoss, Catherine Little and Annie Cook—handles regulatory and environmental issues for pipelines. That includes regulatory compliance or defense and operations as well as some development issues, Little said.
Hogfoss and Little had worked together at Hunton & Williams for more than 25 years and Cook joined their team eight years ago, Little said. Cook, an associate at Hunton, became a partner at Troutman.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
