Troutman Sanders has landed three new partners from Hunton & Williams who represent oil and gas pipeline owners and operators.

The trio—Bob Hogfoss, Catherine Little and Annie Cook­—handles regulatory and environmental issues for pipelines. That includes regulatory compliance or defense and operations as well as some development issues, Little said.

Hogfoss and Little had worked together at Hunton & Williams for more than 25 years and Cook joined their team eight years ago, Little said. Cook, an associate at Hunton, became a partner at Troutman.
