Johnathan Adelman said he's not exactly sure why the first couple of weeks in May were so busy for his cadre of lawyers at insurance defense firm Waldon Adelman Castilla Hiestand & Prout.
“Maybe following spring break and before summer vacation, everybody wants to go to trial” and clear their calendar, Adelman said.
Whatever the explanation, Adelman points with pride to the results including one week in which five firm associates either notched defense wins or held the plaintiffs to awards less than what they had been offered pre-trial in motor vehicle cases.
