The Am Law 200 rankings are out—and five Atlanta-based firms are again among the country's Second Hundred highest-grossing law firms. They are:
|- Sutherland Asbill & Brennan (No. 107 at $305 million in revenues)
- Fisher & Phillips (No. 155 at $176.5 million)
- Morris Manning & Martin (No. 177 at $119.5 million)
- Smith Gambrell & Russell (No. 196 at $97.5 million)
- Arnall Golden Gregory (No. 197 at $94 million)
The American Lawyer reports that the 1.2 percent average revenue growth for Second Hundred firms nationally lagged well behind the 4.3 percent average revenue growth for the Am Law 100 last year. But the story is different for the Atlanta firms in the rankings.
The Atlanta-based Am Law 200 firms averaged 4.1 percent revenue growth, just fractionally lower than the 4.6 percent average increase for the five Atlanta-based Am Law 100 firms.
Atlanta's Am Law 100 firms are King & Spalding; Alston & Bird; Troutman Sanders; Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart; and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.
