Fulton County Superior Court Judge Todd Markle has gone from reversed to vindicated as a case before him moved from one arena to another on appeal.
The Georgia Supreme Court on Monday reversed the Court of Appeals decision reversing Markle a year ago. The Court of Appeals ruled last year that Markle improperly influenced Marion Hayes to plead guilty to burglary back in 2011. The high court said this week of Markle that no, he didn't.
