Practice Profile: Jones works in trademark clearance, prosecution and litigation. She has represented clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in federal district courts. She helps clients determine the availability of trademarks, develop and implement appropriate trademark registration programs, monitor and enforce trademark rights, and manage trademark disputes.

Jones represents the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), a sports licensing firm for colleges, universities, conferences and bowl games. In 2006, she represented CLC in litigation to protect Texas Tech University's school colors and verbal trademarks in its summary judgment award of more than $3 million in damages and attorney's fees.

Leadership Activity: Jones is president of Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and was its 2014 Visionary Award winner. She is Kilpatrick Townsend's women's initiative's Atlanta representative and was chair of the firm's associate communications and diversity committees. She is a National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics member.
