Practice Profile: Tuck focuses on international arbitration and federal antitrust litigation. His electrical engineering background allows him to represent clients in litigation involving high tech, and he has years of experience litigating appeals in state and federal courts. He co-authored a 2014 Georgia State University Law Review article proposing a new jurisdictional framework for Georgia's Supreme Court and Court of Appeals and measures to ease the latter's excessive caseload. His recommendations were largely adopted.

Leadership Activity: Tuck was selected to serve a term on the International Chamber of Commerce's Young Arbitrators Forum. He has been asked to co-chair this year's annual conference of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society. Tuck serves on Alston & Bird's hiring and pro bono committees and is a member of the firm's federal clemency project team. He established the Younger Lawyers Division for the Atlanta Federal Bar Association and created new events for the group. He also serves as treasurer.

Pro Bono and Civic Work: Tuck is on the service board of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, the local school council at Morris Brandon Elementary School and the board of directors of the Bobby Dodd Institute, a nonprofit organization to empower people with disabilities and disadvantages. Tuck is treasurer and a co-denmaster in Cub Scout Pack 298 and serves on the vestry of St. Anne's Episcopal Church. He completed an executive education program in governing for nonprofit excellence at Harvard Business School.
