Practice Profile: Abdullahi is a commercial finance attorney representing lenders and borrowers. She represents financial institutions in transactions, as well as firm clients obtaining loans. Her clients include major regional and national financial institutions. Abdullahi's expertise is in lending to health care providers. She co-chairs Arnall Golden Gregory's Financial Institutions Industry Initiative.
Leadership Activity: Abdullahi serves on the firm's Diversity and Hiring committees and co-chairs the Women's Initiative, which supports professional development of women attorneys at Arnall Golden Gregory. She was selected to participate in the Anti-Defamation League's Glass Leadership Institute. Abdullahi also serves as the secretary of the University of Georgia School of Law Young Alumni/Alumnae Committee.
Pro Bono and Civic Work: Abdullahi, along with other members of Arnall Golden Gregory's Women's Initiative, assisted women lawyers at the BakerHostetler law firm in 2016 with their Support Kids of Incarcerated Parents initiative.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
