Practice Profile: Breault is a second-generation trial lawyer whose law firm in Athens focuses on representing families in civil damage suits against insurance companies, large corporations and government entities. In April 2015, Breault got a $150,000 jury verdict in a no-offer false imprisonment case. In November 2016, he got a $7 million verdict in a road wreck case with $49,000 in specials. An offer of settlement for $400,000 was sent eight weeks before trial.

After dropping out of high school at age 18, Breault earned his GED diploma and went on to graduate from the University of Georgia Law School.
