Practice Profile: Drakulich works on biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. She served as lead counsel for Atlanta-based medical technology company EndoChoice, Inc. in patent and trademark litigations against Medigus Ltd. The cases involved EndoChoice's endoscopic imaging technology. Drakulich and her team successfully resolved both of the litigations, obtaining a global settlement right before EndoChoice was acquired by Boston Scientific. She is on the team representing Gilead Sciences in multiple litigations over the company's hepatitis C treatments.

Leadership Activity: Drakulich co-chairs the legal and regulatory affairs committee of Georgia Bio, a nonprofit advancing the growth of Georgia's life sciences industry. She also is active in Chiefs in Intellectual Property and Leading Women in Technology, a professional organization dedicated to advancing women in technology. She is a member of the Atlanta IP Inn of Court, an invitation-only honorary bar association.

Pro Bono and Civic Work: Drakulich volunteers with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, representing survivors of domestic violence in hearings to obtain protective orders to shield their families from future violence. She has also co-taught a course on patent litigation at the Emory University School of Law and served as a supervising attorney for the IP Lab practicum at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
