Practice Profile: Wolfe is a member of Dentons' corporate practice, focused on providing corporate and transactional counsel to public and private companies. She represents middle market clients in transactions, including private equity funds in portfolio company acquisitions. Wolfe also advises tax-exempt organizations and has assisted trade associations on various legal issues.
Among her cases, Wolfe has represented ArcTouch Inc., a mobile design and development company, in the sale of substantially all of its assets to media company Grey Group Global. She also represented Georgia-based Premium Peanut as special tax counsel in the $80 million new market tax credit financing of the facility.
Leadership Activity: Wolfe serves as board member and secretary for the Atlanta Bar Association's Business and Finance Section. She is active in Dentons' women's initiative, Dentons Women LEAD. She served as a discussion leader at one of the events held by Dentons Women LEAD, the Annual Women's Leadership Event at the Carter Center. She is also a member of Dentons' technology committee.
