Practice Profile: Jirak represents clients in energy-related matters. His work has included involvement in state rate-making proceedings, resource certification applications and construction cost-monitoring and fuel cost recovery proceedings. Jirak handled a successful administrative appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court. He also has been involved in proceedings with the Georgia Public Service Commission and hundreds of megawatts of renewable projects across the United States.

Leadership Activity: Jirak serves on Troutman Sanders' recruiting committee, where he helps organize activities for the firm's recruiting program in the summer and throughout the year.

Pro Bono and Civic Work: Jirak is handling a case for Kids in Need of Defense, which represents undocumented children. He was involved in the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation's Saturday Lawyer Program, where he handled two landlord-tenant disputes. Jirak plays guitar at the Sunday services of City Church-Eastside. He is also a member of Troutman Sanders' champion team for the Atlanta Bar Association's Basketball League.
