Practice Profile: Anderson represents domestic violence victims in family law cases, especially those involving custody and child support. She also does appellate work involving domestic violence and child abuse.

“She is compassionate with our clients, thorough in her case preparation and full of energy when it comes to educating our community,” said Michelle Jordan, managing attorney at Atlanta Legal Aid Society. “She handles a cross section of complicated family law cases and maintains a great sense of humor while still using her weekends to volunteer with other agencies. Her example makes us all better advocates.”

Leadership Activity: Anderson co-chaired the Fulton Family Violence Task Force, where she coordinated providers and stakeholders, including shelters and police officers, to address domestic violence. She helped create police training videos on domestic violence topics such as stalking and strangulation. In addition to appearing in these videos, she met with police departments to share the information.
