Practice Profile: Parisi is a member of Alston & Bird's finance group. He represents financial institutions in domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalization transactions and acquisition financings. He has specific industry experience in health care, media, communications, marine services, retail and manufacturing.

Leadership Activity: In 2016, Parisi was the driving force for the firm's first Debt Finance Forum in Atlanta. The event focused on factors shaping syndicated lending, most particularly the rise of alternative lenders. Parisi recruited panelists from across the U.S. and served as one of the moderators for the two panels. More than 90 people attended. Parisi is planning the second annual Debt Finance Forum for September.

Pro Bono and Civic Work: Parisi serves as vice president of the board of directors of Page Turners Make Great Learners, an organization that aims to expand children's knowledge through love of reading. Parisi has been involved in the growth of Page Turners over the past five years and played a role in the drafting of Page Turners' strategic plan. The organization's work has included read-a-thons, literacy events and a fundraising gala. Parisi has arranged for Alston & Bird to cosponsor an event with client UPS.
