Practice Profile: Mohr litigates business disputes, civil rights and constitutional law cases and education-funding litigation. She represents clients engaged in commercial arbitrations and in litigation in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Mohr also counsels companies on matters including employment issues and open-government compliance, and she advises private and public schools on education issues.

Mohr argued and won Matthew Willingham v. City of Valparaiso in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The case involved municipal liability for First Amendment violations. She also was lead counsel to the Florida Senate, House of Representatives and State Board of Education in a constitutional challenge to Florida's $19 billion k-12 public school funding system. After a four-week trial, the court entered judgment in favor of the state.

Leadership Activity: Mohr serves on the steering committee for ServiceJuris, a community service day for Atlanta's legal community.
