News that the Department of Justice is gearing up to investigate claims that university diversity policies discriminate against white applicants intrigued Lee Parks of Parks Chesin & Walbert.
The Atlanta attorney has won some big victories against affirmative action that increases racial diversity. He's persuaded the U.S. Supreme Court to strike down majority-black congressional districts and a federal judge to stop busing.
Parks, who also has represented many minority plaintiffs in discrimination cases, won the decision that ended racial admissions factors at the University of Georgia.
