Twenty-five firms with offices in Atlanta—including seven headquartered here—are among the Am Law 100 and 200 firms that achieved a perfect score Thursday on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's annual Corporate Equality Index.

The seven firms scoring a perfect 100 that are based in Atlanta are: Alston & Bird; Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton; King & Spalding; Morris Manning & Martin; Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart; Eversheds Sutherland and Troutman Sanders.

Morris Manning joined the 100-pointers this year, after scoring an 80 last year—its first year on the list.

A total of 33 firms with an Atlanta location participated in the survey, which assesses how supportive the nation's top law firms and corporations are of their lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.

Overall, 160 of the nation's 200 highest-grossing firms took part in the survey. The Corporate Equality Index also assesses Fortune 500 companies and other large businesses.

The HRC Foundation evaluates survey respondents in four areas: anti-discrimination policies for sexual orientation, gender identity and expression; equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families; internal education and accountability for LGBTQ inclusion; and public treatment of the LGBTQ community.

The other firms with Atlanta offices that scored 100 are: Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz; Ballard Spahr; Bryan Cave; Carlton Fields Jordan Burt; Dentons; DLA Piper; Duane Morris; Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner; Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani; Greenberg Traurig; Holland & Knight; Kutak Rock; Littler Mendelson; Locke Lord; Paul Hastings; Seyfarth Shaw; Thompson Hine; and Womble Bond Dickinson.

Four firms scored 95: Baker Hostetler; Fish & Richardson; Hunton & Williams; and LeClairRyan.

Another four scored 85: Barnes & Thornburg; McGuireWoods; Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough; and Polsinelli.

Ten Am Law 200 firms with Atlanta locations did not participate in the survey: Burr & Forman; Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry; Cozen O'Connor; Fisher & Phillips; Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy; Jackson Lewis; Jones Day; Kazowitz Benson Torres & Friedman; Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith; and Wilson Elser.
