Locke Lord has hired a two-lawyer international arbitration team from Troutman Sanders’ soon-to-close Hong Kong office.

Partner Ronald Sum and of counsel Daniel Lee will help expand the disputes practice for Locke Lord in Hong Kong. Sum advises on commercial and insurance litigation and arbitration—especially China-related matters—while Lee focuses on shipping matters. They join with a trainee lawyer who will qualify with the firm as an associate in August.
