Baker & Hostetler has recruited another partner from Dentons, Douglas Eingurt, who has an M&A and corporate finance practice.

Right before Denton’s 2015 merger with McKenna Long & Aldridge, Ohio-based Baker & Hostetler transformed its Atlanta office from a small 11-lawyer intellectual property outpost into what is now a large full-service office by landing a group of 30 health care and corporate lawyers from McKenna. Eingurt’s hire gives Baker & Hostetler 78 lawyers in Atlanta.
