Six members of the Fulton County Magistrate Court are among the 17 candidates selected by Gov. Brian Kemp's Judicial Nominating Commission for interviews to fill an opening on the Fulton County Superior Court.

Vincent Russo, one of the JNC co-chairs, said 66 people were nominated, with 32 ultimately filling out applications. The 25-member JNC will complete interviews next week and then send a short list to Kemp.
