Job Title: Partner.

Current primary practice area: Commercial litigation, with a focus on class action defense.

Education: Vanderbilt University Law School, 2007; Duke University, 2002.

What drew you to a career in law?

After undergrad, I worked for two years in public relations for the Colorado Rockies and Atlanta Braves. While I thoroughly enjoyed my experiences in baseball, I wanted a career where I could have a broader impact, and the law provided that opportunity.

Have you set a specific goal that you want to achieve in the next year?

As a new partner at Alston & Bird, my short-term goal is to establish my name as a go-to option for commercial litigation in Atlanta, both internally and externally.

What has been your proudest career moment and your biggest hurdle?

I can't think of a single career moment, but I am proud of each success I have had working with my colleagues. Each case presents its own significant hurdle, and I am fortunate to be able to face each of them working together with extremely talented lawyers.
