In what the lead defense attorney described as a tough case involving graphic injuries and undeniable suffering by the plaintiff, a Fulton County jury nonetheless on Friday ruled for a doctor accused of not informing his patient of the hazards associated with a procedure to relieve problems with his penis.

The plaintiffs lawyers asked for $14 million in closing arguments, said R. Page Powell of Huff Powell & Bailey, who defended the doctor.
