A woman facing multiple felony charges in Fulton County after she fatally injected another woman’s buttocks with liquid silicone will have to stand trial on all counts despite pleading guilty to related charges in federal court three years ago. 

Deanna Roberts had asked the Georgia Supreme Court to declare that all of the charges except one for malice murder were barred by the state’s double jeopardy law.
