Caryl Greenberg Smith of Hunton Andrews Kurth has done groundbreaking work in public finance law that has facilitated major civic projects and residential housing development throughout Georgia.

After college and law school at the University of Georgia, she embarked on her career in 1982. Around that time, changes to Georgia state law allowed for the issuance of bonds for multifamily and affordable housing. Smith had a role in the state’s first bond financing for single-family housing.
