Among other successes in 2019, Brodhead Law represented the family of a 26-year-old motorcyclist who died in a crash. All witnesses claimed he was traveling 80 to 100 miles per hour immediately before the crash, and a police officer found the motorcyclist at fault. Even with all the witnesses at the scene against them, the firm proved that the other driver caused the collision and won a $33 million verdict.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
