Keith Belknap, executive vice president and general counsel at Atlanta-based Beazer Homes, took a spot on the list for the second year, despite a decrease in overall cash compensation. He earned $894,944 from a $499,038 salary (up from $320,192 the year before) and $395,906 in nonequity incentives (down from 651,959.)
