Defense lawyers are asking the Supreme Court of Georgia for the second time to reverse Hemy Neuman’s conviction for the 2010 murder of Dunwoody resident Rusty Sneiderman in a case of first impression in Georgia.

After winning a reversal of Neuman’s 2012 conviction because DeKalb County prosecutors obtained information about Neuman’s psychological status that was covered by attorney-client privilege, defense lawyers now argue those prosecutors should have disqualified themselves from trying him a second time.
