Two high-profile Atlanta election lawyers and one of the Georgia’s top appellate lawyers have waded into Pennsylvania’s mail-in ballot battle now brewing before the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Jake Evans, chairman of  Georgia’s ethics commission, and appellate veteran Laurie Webb Daniel—both of Holland & Knight—have teamed up with election attorney Douglas Chalmers Jr. of Chalmers & Adams in an amicus brief for the high court filed on behalf of Pennsylvania’s Republican Speaker of the House and its House majority leader.
