Federal judges for the Northern District of Georgia met off-site recently to hear from medical and court experts about how to bring jury trials back safely as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.

Jim Hatten, the court’s top clerk and chief executive, said the discussion at the Barnsley Resort in Adairsville left the court with a several helpful answers but just as many questions.
