Many in the Georgia legal community say they're putting faith in the state's chief justice that his decision to lift a seven-month suspension of in-person jury trials is safe.
They are greeting Chief Justice Harold Melton's Oct. 10 order reinstituting in-person jury trials— if local committees established by each circuit's chief judge develop plans to do so safely—with cautious optimism, resolution and occasional trepidation.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
