The next Georgia bar examination will occur online instead of in-person to prevent spread of the coronavirus causing COVID-19, the Supreme Court of Georgia announced Monday.

The test will be offered remotely on Feb. 23 and 24, the court said. Last month 1,325 applicants took the first-ever virtual test in Georgia, part 30,000 around the country who took their states’ licensing exams online due to the pandemic.
