A West Virginia publishing company that produces eight newspapers in the state sued Google on Friday, joining a list of plaintiffs including the U.S. Department of Justice and the attorneys general for at least 14 states that are suing the internet goliath for antitrust and other claims. 

The complaint also targets Facebook along with Google—“archrivals in the digital advertising market”—of conspiring to manipulate online auctions of digital ads in a secret “quid-pro-quo” agreement codenamed “Jedi Blue.”
