The first wrongful death lawsuit stemming from a nitrogen leak at a Gainesville chicken processing plant that killed six people last month was filed Wednesday.
Plaintiff Colleen Murphy's husband, Corey Murphy, was among those killed when a nitrogen line at the Foundation Food Group plant allowed the gas to escape Jan. 28.
