With five lawsuits filed last week targeting the company that installed and reportedly owned the gas system that released nitrogen killing six people at a Gainesville, Georgia, chicken processing plant last month, lawyers for the plaintiffs said they’ve been communicating and plan to work together as the cases progress. 

All of the complaints have been filed in Gwinnett County State Court against Messer Gas and its parent companies, along with a Messer employee accused of failing to properly service the equipment.
