Gov. Brian Kemp's Judicial Nominating Commission will interview 19 of the 28 judges and lawyers who applied for an open seat on the Fulton County Superior Court.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
