Attendees of a virtual session hosted by the young lawyers division of the State Bar of Georgia got some rare insight from a Court of Appeals of Georgia jurist, who gave tips for lawyers appearing before the judicial panel.

Judge Verda Colvin sat for a discussion with the bar’s women in the profession committee co-chairs Jena Emory and Lindsey Macon, and also fielded audience questions on how to best avoid blunders in virtual and in-person proceedings before the appellate court.
